Sheila grew up in the midwest, but after spending most of the past 28 years in South Carolina, she considers herself a local. She has been married 23 years and has 2 grown children. Sheila and her family spent a brief period of time in California and New Jersey. When she and her husband moved back to the rapidly growing Upstate, they knew it was a great time to bring a quality salon to the area. So in 2006 they opened Salon Sophia. "We are proud to have an educated team of stylists who care about maintaining the integrity of the client's hair."

With over 27 years in the industry, Sheila not only brings experience to her consultations, but strives to stay on the cutting edge with the most up to date techniques. She is a Redken Specialist, certified in Hot Heads Extensions and Keratin Smoothing Treatments. "I enjoy every aspect of this industry, but my favorite thing to do is color. I love how color can transform a client's look; how it can take a great haircut and make it AMAZING."
